Title: CAD/ Design Engineer SBU: DuPont Performance Polymers Reports to: CAE Leader Location: CTC, Shanghai RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide quality concept design/ CAD support with engineering plastics to DPP local/global customers -Support the design experts to develop innovative design solution with engineering plastics to meet auto and ICE industry needs. -Provide engineering,manufacturing, and project management support. -Support marketing/sales team in new application development, strategy implementation, and customer events as technical lead -Technical documentation QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor degree or above in engineering science – mechanical engineering, engineering mechanics, or related disciplines; -Minimum 5 years experience in plastic part and tooling design, proficient in using ProE or other commercial CAD software package，and solid knowledge in plastic product & processing and mechanical design -Application development experience with engineering plastics in automotive industry and automotive knowledge are preferred. -CAE skills in using any commercial software among Moldflow, MSC.Marc, Abaqus, and Hyperworks, and etc are an asset -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Fluent English in writing, speaking and delivering public talks -Self motivated, accountable, and team player
