職位概述: 電氣制圖師這一職位是負責運用電氣系統的實際知識準備CAD草圖。電氣制圖師需要明確布局、材料和用于實施一個新電氣系統的流程。電氣制圖師會與電氣工程師或建筑師一起使用電腦輔助設計（CAD）程序來完成他們的技術圖紙。 主要職責: -擁有使用AutoCAD軟件的經驗，特別是以下幾個套件： 1,AutoCAD 2,AutoCAD Architectural 3,AutoCAD MEP (Electrical) 4,AutoCAD Revit MEP (Electrical) 5,Navisworks 6,Buzzsaw -如有任何AutoCAD的問題，與當地的綜合開發與支持部門合作，特別是幫助減輕在草圖來往時任何審查及來自于美國方面小型投訴 -使用Buzzsaw維護電氣設備，確保所有流程和草圖的上傳/下載都按質按量按時完成 -和美國的電氣AutoCAD團隊一起接受培訓，以便了解具體標準和每一個送到上海的草圖包 -一旦上海的服務器建好，B版本的DE/RE草稿和所有最新的電氣變化開始進行，負責幫助CAD團隊管理大量的往來文件（這通常是管理中較為困難的環節) -應當地電氣團隊的需要，幫助畫出概圖以及進行草稿準備。避免在AutoCAD問題上過度依賴美國團隊。 -管理為項目而創建的電氣細節信息庫。 -一旦搬到現場辦公，負責幫助草圖、概圖改動以及新設計輸入準備 -在每一個項目結束時，協助DI完成“根據設計”的任務 -幫助轉發和管理“根據設計”的草稿到美國服務器 -準備CAD布局，初步的投標和施工圖紙及由專業工程師指示的工程細節 -負責在期限內完成分配的CAD任務以及其他的技術類工作，并滿足相關標準（工業及項目），同時也要與項目計劃相符。 -檢查CAD草圖各個方面的細節內容，比如CAD標準和計算的修正 -運用草圖、設計和其他的應用軟件，對草圖、細節、備注、產量和成本估算進行改進 -參觀現場，如有調整需要改動草圖 -如有需要，為設計團隊提供支持與幫助 技能與要求: -嫻熟的草圖和電腦制圖的能力 -了解草圖的標準，有扎實的數學、科學和工程技術 -擁有電腦輔助繪圖（CAD）和設計技術方面扎實的背景。熟悉其他設計應用軟件以及其與CAD互操作性知識，如Adobe產品和Microsoft Office產品。 -能畫素描，三維物體，并且可以準確而細致的完成具體的工作 -溝通能力及問題解決能力 -良好的英語和普通話說、讀、寫的能力 學歷、培訓、知識與技能： -電氣工程專業大學本科以上 -有本地設計院工作從事電氣草圖師及設計師經驗者優先 -充分掌握CAD應用軟件，包括但不限于AutoCAD、AutoCADMEP 、RevitMEP -在主管的很有限的指導下，能夠完成多種不同工作 -精通MS Office產品（Word、Excel、Outlook和PowerPoint） 期望資格： -本地設計院三年以上電氣設計工作經驗 GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an electrical drafter, this position is responsible for applying the practical knowledge of electrical systems by preparing CAD drawings. Electrical drafter specifies the layout, materials, and procedures needed to implement a new electrical system. Electrical drafter may work in conjunction with electrical engineers or architects, and they often use computer-assisted design (CAD) programs to complete their technical drawings CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD software with emphasis on the following suites in particular: 1,AutoCAD 2,AutoCAD Architectural 3,AutoCAD MEP (Electrical) 4,AutoCAD Revit MEP (Electrical) 5,Navisworks 6,Buzzsaw -Assist with local DI’s for any electrical AutoCAD issues, particularly to help mitigate any audits and minor complaints coming back from US when drawings are sent back and forth. -Maintain the electrical areas within Buzzsaw to confirm all procedures and drawing uploads/downloads are being properly completed and are current. -Training with the electrical AutoCAD team in US to help with understanding of our standards and makeup of each drawing package being released to Shanghai. -Help CAD team to manage the large volume of files being transferred back and forth once Shanghai server is set up and DE/RE drawings for version B start coming and all the late electrical changes start coming (this is indeed always a difficult process to manage). -Assist with any sketch or drawing preparation for our local electrical team’s needs. This can help to avoid constantly relying on US team for any AutoCAD support. . -Manage the library of master electrical details created for this project as we move along and at the end for archiving. -Assist with sketches, drawing changes, and new design input preparation once we move to the field offices. -Help to assist the DI’s complete the “As designed” effort at the end of each project. -Help to transfer and manage these “As Designed” drawings back to the US servers for archiving. -Prepare CAD Layouts, preliminary, bid and construction drawings, and engineering details as directed by discipline engineers. -Undertaking allocated CAD production and other technical work tasks to agreed deadlines, standards (industry and project), and in accordance with the project plan. -Check all aspects of CAD drawings such as CAD standards and corrections of calculations. -Utilized drafting, design and other applicable software for development of drawings, details, notes, quantities and cost estimates. -Visit site and modify the drawing if there are adjustments. -Provide such further assistance to the design team as may be required from time to time. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: -Well-developed drafting and mechanical drawing skills; -A knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, science, and engineering technology; -A solid background in computer-aided drafting (CAD) and design techniques. Knowledge of other design applications and their interoperability with CAD, such as Adobe products and Microsoft Office products. -Ability to draw freehand, three-dimensional objects and do detailed work accurately and neatly. -Communication and problem-solving skills are important. -Bilingual in English and Mandarin – capable of speaking, reading and writing in both languages. EDUCATION, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: -BA degree or above in Electrical engineering area; -Working experiences as electrical drafter or designer in local design institute would be preferred; -An expert knowledge of CAD applications including, but not limited to, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP. -Ability to handle a very broad scope of work activities working under very limited direction of a manager. -Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -At least three years electrical design working experience in local design institute.
