TREND GROWTH: TILING

Tiling as a trend can incorporate any theme or art to create the appearance of actual floor, wall, or art tile. Rarely was the look presented on actual ceramic tile, but rather on

paper and stationery, rugs, pillows, and wall art. This theme as shown compliments the popular Farmhouse trend, or translate Bold Floral Brights and Botanicals into the

appearance of tile for a fresh approach to those themes.

The Tiling trend was shown in varying color palettes including pastels, brights, and black and white. No matter the palette or theme, any art can be translated to appear as Tiling. The art was shown in repeat with geometric art, or using a complimentary mix of patterns together (as shown in pic 4 on previous page ), as well as incorporating sentiments for use on paper and stationery to create dimension.
